Refund Policy

At WaggyBall we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, here's how returns work.

Right to return

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it, no questions asked.

Conditions

• The product must be unused and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
• Email us at our contact address with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We'll confirm the address to send the product to.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or the wrong item was sent, in which case we cover the cost.

Defective products

If your WaggyBall™ arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible: we'll offer a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
